Organization Profile: St. Antony’s School, unit of Jeppiaar Institute of Technology, Kunnam, Sunguvarchathiram, and Sriperumbadur came into being on 1st June 2021, with the clear vision of providing educational experience with a difference and grooming young children to be responsible leaders and sensitive citizens of the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure effective implementation of academic programs.
• Assist the Principal in managing faculty and staff.
• Lead and support the development of curriculum and academic planning.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the overall welfare of students.
• Handle administrative tasks including timetabling, assessments, and parent communications.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
• Assist in managing school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
• Supervise and mentor teachers to maintain academic standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed. /M.A.) or a relevant field.
• A minimum of [X] years of experience as a senior educator, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills and experience in school management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.
• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
