Job Summary 

The Teaching Faculty is responsible for teaching students delivering subject content as per  CBSE curriculum standards, and supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional  development.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons in accordance with CBSE syllabus and academic  plans 
  • Ensure conceptual clarity and subject understanding through engaging teaching  methods 
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids 
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations
  • Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required
  • Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports
  • Prepare students for internal assessments and CBSE board examinations
  • Manage classroom discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
  • Integrate digital tools, ICT, and innovative teaching practices 
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior
  • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities
  • Uphold school policies, CBSE guidelines, and professional ethics 

Qualifications (Mandatory) 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the concerned subject / relevant major
  • B.Ed. or M.Ed is mandatory from a recognized institution 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude 
  • Effective classroom management skills 
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Student-centered and value-based teaching approach
